Job Description

As the VP, you would be responsible for:

- Providing digital analytical thought leadership and ensuring best in class analytic service delivery to the Global Digital team for global, regional and market specific initiatives.

- Enhancing customer experience across digital platforms for the customers

- Deliver high quality digital analytical insights and recommendations

- Developing the digital analytics roadmap, in conjunction with the Analytics and Digital leadership groups

The Successful Applicant:

As a Successful Applicant, you need to have:

- Working knowledge of digital analysis tools like Site Catalyst, Web trends, Google analytics, Omniture etc. and exposure to Big Data platforms and tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig etc).

- 9-14 Years Experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry

- A Masters degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

- Working knowledge of analysis tools and techniques e.g. SAS, Segmentation techniques, predictive modeling etc. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc)
