We are currently working on a search assignment with Top IT Client for the position of VP (Delivery: Solution Risk Review )

Position: VP (Delivery: Solution Risk Review )

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Advanced Educational degree preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum experience of 18+ years

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of senior professionals who review deals and de-risk solutions .

Reviewing large deals

Support Solutions Team with RP responses and best practices in Industry

Highlight risks and enabling relevant mitigation

Ability to grasp technical and domain aspects of the solution for a holistic risk review of solution/SOW from delivery perspective.

To review win-ability measures and strike balance between deliverability and win-ability.

Ability to think well ahead entire delivery execution cycle, correlate scenarios from experience on project on-ground to unearth risks

Prevent any new projects from going into RED status due to poor solution or missing / wrong assumptions, T&Cs in the proposal.

To escalate and alert management with correct information for any estimation inconsistency or missing sections in the final proposal.

To improve the Solution Risk Review processes by adding values to KM portal, FTS, DAIR, productivity database.

To collaborate and bring in the best practices from across Delivery Excellence, Quality, Delivery Units and Market Units.

Desired Profile:

Strong experience to presales, delivery and solutions experience. 15+ years in delivery and solutions

Delivery management in all service lines (Application Operations and Support, Application Development and Application Testing).

Good knowledge of pricing model, delivery engagement model, latest business models.

Industry domain knowledge in any one industry (insurance, banking, capital markets, retail, telecomm, manufacturing, etc.)
