JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Responsible for setting up the DCM vertical

- Independently built and maintained investor relationship network of Mutual funds, Banks, Insurance Companies & FIs at Senior Levels

- To execute mandates in the area of Debt Capital Markets

- Advising clients on the pricing and timing of Debt issuance

- To work on different aspects of placement of debt issuances

- Assess appetite for different types of debt issuances / corporates among the investors on an ongoing basis

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

The resource should be a CA/ MBA finance with relevant experience in Debt Syndication .

He /She should be capable of setting up the entire department

A leader and out of the box thinker.
