VP - Data Analytics - IT - IIT/NIT

Tier 1 College Graduate only.

Opening with Noida based IT solution provider MNC majorly into hospitality & Travel domain specializes in providing SaaS solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

- You will head the data division and support all Company products that will leverage in-house and external data for diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive purposes. The data you will be responsible for will be at the core of our new age software products.

- You will be responsible for data management, analytics and presentation to deliver insights needed to service dynamic business needs.

- You will also aid in-house marketing and sales based initiatives for revenue maximization. You are expected to manage a fast paced, high calibre, data science team, and will hire, train and develop data scientists to accomplish multiple tasks while prioritizing the output based on separate product roadmaps.

- You will be a visionary and will work closely with the product management team to factor data capturing and create value for the organisation by developing models that will make company products stay ahead of the curve.

- You should have complete understanding of data warehousing and BI tools. This would be reflected in your CV with at least an 8 year stint in analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should be an experienced user of advanced analytic tools like SAS, SPSS, R etc. and also new age tools like Qlikview and Tableau.

- You should have been responsible in a key product / project that would demonstrate your capabilities in this field and should have strong aptitude to learn new business contexts from a product point of view.
