CTC: 40,00,000 LPA to 55,00,000 LP A

Work Timing: 1pm to 10 pm (EMEA / UK Region)

Roles & Responsibility :

The candidate will join a core team that is part of the organization leading global business continuity program.

Responsibilities will include the production of key management reports, management of the necessary inputs for Continuity of Business Operations (CoB) Monthly Reporting, management and oversight of solution delivery rollouts, implementation plans and change management - in addition to operational support functions.

Continuity of Business Operations Program develops the CoB Policy and Standards; facilitates a process to ensure that business continuity plans are viable, executable, implemented and tested; promotes business continuity awareness and education; and establishes a governance structure that ensures global compliance

6+ years Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Business Resiliency experience

7- 10 years experience in Reporting, Metrics and Data Analysis

Production of monthly reporting (MOR, CIOC, Test Metrics & Analytics, Exception Reporting, Trending - Forward looking analysis, KRI development

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data analytics; Ability to compile information, and prepare comprehensive reporting.
