Looking to hire a seasoned professional with Large team handling experience (50+ members)

Experience- 14 + years

Education- Masters in engineering or business

As the role is blend of technology + team handling.

- At least 9+ years of Business Leadership Experience focused primarily in the Banking & Financial Services Domain.

- At least 5+ years within technology or information management field

- Experience in Decision system tools such as SAS, SQL, JAVA, SMg3/PowerCurve, TRIAD, R, Python,, DB2, Oracle, across any of the platforms UNIX, mainframe or Windows

- Client/Account Management experience, should understand the business problem and deliver Data and Decision Systems solutions.

- Role is more focused on - Work with Global stakeholders to driving requirements, design, implementation and ongoing support of Advance Data and Decision Execution functions, with critical focus on big data integration and cloud based execution.

- Competency in Credit risk Modeling, Predictive analytics, and analytic model development techniques including regression, random forest and boosted models.
