Our client is looking for a Leader having 15+ years of experience in Customer Support with strong exposure in the BFS domain. You should have extensive experience in Customer Support working in Digital and Cloud technologies. The role will serve as a key stakeholder and thought leader to drive the long-term customer success roadmap. Roles & Responsibilities: - Head & own Customer Support function for global customers providing L1, L2 and L3 support - Identify new solutions and technologies to better serve the customer - Own & Improve Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction, and other Metrics like MTTR, Aging etc. - Drive consistent processes to support customers. - Ensure additional revenue opportunities through service- .- - Partner with Client relations to optimise existing - c- lient profitability- - Responsible for maintaining cost budget and margins. - Handle SLAs and keep the SLA breaches to minimum. - Create team structures to support a customer first culture - Provide strategic direction, leadership to the Customer Support Team - Ensure quality and consistency Skills & Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in Customer Support with significant exposure in the BFS domain. - Experience managing at least 150-people teams. - Experience managing a Customer Support for small, medium, large customers concurrently in diverse geographies - Proven track record in financial management for the customer support Function - Extensive experience working in Digital and Cloud technologies.
