Role Title: VP -Strategy:Customer Delivery Excellence

Reports to: Group Customer Services Head

The role requires setting up the Customer Experience Excellence Center in line with the vision of building exceptional and path breaking services and building new and innovative products. It involves setting up new benchmarks in customer services through new and innovative programs across the customer services functions.

This is a strategy role and not operations.

Key Deliverables:

Design and implement effective service strategy in line with the organizations goals and vision 2020 in the customer services space.

Build customer services models which are path breaking and provide exceptional customer experience experiences which are a first in the industry.

Share best practices across all cross functional teams to build a company wide customer services approach which leads to enhances market perception.

Candidate Profile:

A strong undergraduate/ Post graduate qualification.

Exceptional communication skills. Ability to communicate precisely and clearly in both verbal and written communications.

Candidates currently with consulting firms with experience in leading projects in the customer services/ customer experience space would be preferred.
