One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.
Vice President-Customer Correspondence Unit
Basic Job Purpose:
- To ensure that the key business indicators are achieved and improved.
- Manage the centralized process of Complaint Management in specific to Complaints under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, various other offices of RBI and other regulators of the country.
- To effectively manage the quality & productivity standards
- Supervise the team in drafting responses for critical & sensitive cases.
- To ensure that the unit is always in a state of audit preparedness.
- To liaise with business seniors and Operations Units for process improvements/changes.
- To highlight process improvement based on root cause analysis of Problem Incidences and Escalations handled
- Supervise projects which will lead to improvement in productivity standards, customer experience & cost save.
-Recruitement, Attrition control & expense management
- Will be responsible in improving the CSLM & F1 score.
Education & Experience:
- We are looking for 10-15 yrs work experience in heading correspondence unit from reputed banks.
