Primarily be a business delivery person (through customer loyalty, & analytics) and who also manages and / or has implemented CRM for his organisation or in earlier phase of his career.
- He should be an MBA from a premier B School
- Play lead role evaluating new CRM technologies
- Should have strong Experience in CRM, Business Intelligence, Customer Life Cycle Management, Sales Performance Management, and Analytics.
- Formulating effective CRM strategies to achieve market share and profitable growth
- Spearhead project team members involved in CRM implementation across all relevant departments in the organization in order to ensure an effective, well coordinated & well integrated CRM project environment through effective change management.
- Ability to integrate people, process & technology with business strategy & goals
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
