VP - Credit Risk - NBFC

Position Title: AVP - Credit

Location : Head Office

Department: Credit

Reports to : HOD

Reportees : 5-6 (Direct) + 20 (Indirect)

Key Functions & Responsibilities

- Assessment of High Value cases, Field visits pan-India as the need be, Monitoring of Department Functioning, Executing New Initiatives for better department functioning, Overall Guidance to Credit people at branch and HO

Technical / Managerial Competencies Required :

- Should have background of Assessing Working-Capital Loan cases & Assessing cases requiring loan of more than 1 crore. Should have experience of doing field visits for judging customers.

Should have atleast 7-8 direct reportees.

Apart from Credit assessment :

- Should be involved in implementing innovative ideas + process changes for better functioning of the department. Should ideally be based in Pune

Behavioral Competencies Required : Should not be a frequent job-hopper. Should be ready for travelling pan-India whenever required.

Candidates those have experience in Credit Risk department with NBFCs/Banks will be eligible for this position.
