We are looking for VP - Credit risk (Change Business analyst)

Job Description : VP

We Offer :

- Leadership role in the ongoing management and success of the change management function, including :

a) Oversight of recruitment, training and ongoing development of staff

b) Lead large team size of more than 15 with functional and line management responsibilities

- Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

- Effective and efficient communication skills (written and oral) at senior management.

- Act as the Lead Subject-Matter-Expert for regulatory and strategic projects relating to Credit risk methodology, Credit Risk Back Testing.

- Manage a team of business analysts to perform in-depth requirement analysis, produce quality functional requirements document and execute UAT.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day working of the projects and report / escalate as required.

- Produce timely and informative project updates and statistics for senior management meetings.

- Provide a forward looking view of the requirements and scope out upcoming projects.

- Participate and executing in strategic vision of the change team to build out a strong BA pool in CoE location.

- Guiding and directing the BA pool in order to keep the projects on track. Sense the risks and issues in order to mitigate them upfront.

- Be instrumental in working groups and steering committees which have diverse set of stakeholders
