VP - Credit Analyst

I represent an executive search firm called Talisman Advisors. Our core competency lies in recruiting professionals at the middle and senior levels.

Our client is a global network of centres which aims at providing best-in-class customer service and continued cost efficiency by the consolidation of work, optimally leveraging global scale, world-class practices in production management, process standardisation and professional expertise..

Key Job Deliverables :

- Underwrite the consistent production of quality credit analysis / proposals with complete, insightful and forward-looking risk mitigation well within agreed timelines.

- Ensure efficient work flow in line with PLA’s with controlled yet consistently reducing levels of re-work.

- Monitoring the control environment, work flow and management information tools for compliance, accuracy and completeness.

- Building deep cooperation and collaboration across all COBAM Offshore teams to support a seamless and collaborative GSC environment focused upon consistently high quality production.

- Develop and improve the skill set of the Corporate Analyst team to ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently met by exploiting own corporate banking experience, deep collaboration with Risk, GB&M.

- Building greater efficiency through higher accuracy of service delivery such that % increases in volume can be managed with lower % increases in resources. Oversight of roles and responsibilities ensuring scope creep is observed and escalated for formal sanction.

- Leadership and effective performance management of a team of approximately 70 Credit Analysts ranging

Important Pointers

- The Candidate should have International experience in the developed markets.

- The candidate should have at least 10 years of work expce.

- We are not looking for pure credit underwriting experience / Credit analysis experience. Candidates in relationship management and acquisition of new accounts who would be interested in a back end role are preferred.

- Expce in corporate lending preferred
