VP - Corporate Treasury - Bank

Looking for AVP / VP Corporate Treasury, MNC Bank, Mumbai

- Minimum 9-12 years experience in similar capacity in Finance with comprehensive exposure to banking products, systems, business and control processes.

Education / Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate with additional CA / MBA / CFA / FRM qualification.

- Act as the one-point coordinate for Corporate Treasury (encompassing ALCO support and secretariat functions, Capital & Balance Sheet management related areas).

- Manage governance over all Corporate Treasury related submissions

- Support in-country ALM, Balance sheet and Capital Management. Own FTP Policy and identify ALCO needs.

- Support to the ALCO Secretariat function. Preparation of ALCO submissions and monitoring of all ALCO related areas.

- Provide analytics for aiding ALCO in decision making and support activities

- Ensuring Balance Sheet growth with appropriate utilisation of capital

- Capital planning and ensuring optimum utilisation of capital

- Drive ICAAP process for the Bank and own Local ICAAP policy

- Ensure that the local processes are aligned to Group policy, wherever required

- Preparation of ALCO pack and all ALCO related reporting and analysis.

- Critically evaluate ALCO submissions made by other business units.

- Reviewing all ALM and ALCO related studies

- Periodically review local FTP policy based on HO policy / guidelines and local framework and directives from ALCO.

- Comparing & assessing Group RWA computations vs. local computations.

- Liaise with Group and Regulators for Capital issuance and retirement.

- Perform the capital impact analysis due to introduction of new/change in existing guidelines by the regulator

- Regularly monitoring the NPA status and its impact on capital and on the ensuing funding requirements.
