Its basically a Site Management role, with extensive collaboration with various internal, international and external stake holders   Job Description : Vice President - Corporate Services   Reporting : COO   Position Summary:   - Responsible for a core set of deliverable representing site governance, people, infrastructure management and external engagement. (Site Management of Bangalore)   - Responsible to ensure that vendor Offsite Delivery Centers (ODC) are compliant with Client's security and infrastructure requirements.   Primary responsibilities:   - Will partner with the COO to drive multiple initiatives/agendas in matters pertaining to infrastructure management and site governance.   - Facilitate monitoring, tracking and close open issues with the infrastructure divisions relating to site (HR, Enterprise Infrastructure and Corporate Services including Corporate Real Estate Management, BCM, Travel, Amenities, Security etc)   - Operational Risk -oversight and controls: Facilitate discussions, disclosures and tracking, escalations.   - Facilitate replicating/customizing process and policies in conjunction with infrastructure functions, recognizing the difference and exercising sound judgment and building knowledge of the market demands and competitor practices.   - Execute various initiatives for the site including but not limited to real estate capacity planning, divisional initiatives etc   - Deployment support and BU engagement: BU specific requirements, new deployments and expansions   - Support the COO to drive firm wide employee engagement taking the lead in integrating the local and regional events and initiatives   - Representing the firm in external forums   - Client has a significant footprint of vendor sites in Asia. The role working as part of the Asia team in Mumbai and New York would encompass   - New vendor ODC site set ups in Asia, BU engagement and coordination with Enterprise Infrastructure, BCM etc   - ODC Site evaluations and reviews   - Ownership and oversight of some ODCs esp. those closer to Bangalore and Chennai   - Continuous identification of improvement opportunities for the vendor checklist   - The role would also include working closely on Internal Audit matters with counterparts and other review groups (e.g. Information Risk, Legal and Compliance) of the firm to ensure process adherence, scope discussions, and joining the groups when they interface with vendors.   Skills Required:   - A good understanding of the business; with around 10 years of experience in financial services or general management;   - Strong knowledge on laws and be a part of the management team to influence them suitably that will suit to the organisation needs.   - Strong experience in managing multiple agendas across various BU and infrastructure stakeholders; also, needs to be a quick learner.   - Strong Communication Skills   - Exposure and experience in Technology esp. on the infrastructure side would be a significant positive   - Ability to work in both team and individual settings; excellent people skills   - Ability to drive key initiatives and deliver superior results through influence   - Must be able to multi-task   Will require travel to the Mumbai office and other offices in India
