VP - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide reporting, analytics and insights to multiple Functional/ Business Leaders of the organization. Support business case development, investment prioritization and detailed tracking of strategic initiatives in the company as well as multiple lines of business and functions

- Supporting multiple SVPs - business and functions including people function leader and strategy head of the company. Also Head-global FP&A and occasionally CFO and CEO

- Managing Technology and Infrastructure spend lines as part of the Corporate FP&A team

- Align and support 2 - 3 SVPs - functional leaders

- Own and drive monthly provisioning, closing, reporting, audit for major chunk of India based expenses ~ $200MM

- Own, prepare and analyze the Operating plan for these cost lines, including Capex and Opex

- Provide proactive analytics to support functional leaders in all crucial business decisions, including driving cost productivity across these lines globally. Includes creation of Cost Benefit Analysis / What if scenarios to support business decisions

- Interaction and strong connect required with functional stakeholders like Site leaders, Technology leaders across biz

- Create strong connect with finance and operations teams spread across regions other than India to manage costs remotely

- Prepare pitches and present and conduct leadership reviews with Functional leaders and their teams

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA / MBA Finance (Tier 1 institutes) with minimum 12 - 13 years of overall experience

- Strong experience in business FP&A (Planning and Variance Analysis)

- Knowledge of P&L, Balance sheet and basic accounting

- Proven experience in interaction with CFO / Executive line management / Stakeholders

- High Energy and Proactive approach, multi-tasking abilities to handle various issues simultaneously
