VP - Corporate Finance Controllership - MNC IT Comapny Noida

Span of Control - Team of 20-25 resources

Location - Noida

Reports to - Global Controller

Education Requirements - Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

Work Experience Requirements - Minimum 10-12 years for experience

Basic Function -

- Accounting & Reporting of India, US, UK and other geographies legal entities covering all the key processes like Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, T&E, Reconciliations.

- Be the point of contact for F&A shared service in driving efficiencies, standardization & accuracy. Build transition plan for enhancing the penetration of the shared service in India Geography

- Be strategy lead for the Geography. Lead process transformation & productivity, benchmarking processes in scope. Lead in depth analytics of financials (MoM, QoQ, YoY)

- Active engagement with key stakeholders like Auditors, Finance leadership, operating leadership and be effective business partner.

- Lead payroll for the India geography.

- Support IGAAP technical accounting and implement India Statutory Regulations like GST.

- Support financial due diligence and integration in Mergers and Acquisitions

Essential Functions :

- Closing and Reporting of Global entities, finalization and presentation of monthly financials to Controller & Senior Management

- Variance analysis of financials (MoM, QoQ, YoY)

- Internal & Statutory Audits, SOX Testing

- IGAAP Financials and Closure

- Finance Transformation and Digitization

- User departments like Legal, HR, Technology, Facility

- CFO, Controller & Senior management, business leaders and enabling function heads

- Finance sub functions like Controllership India/PHP, Commercial. e finance, taxation and SEC reporting team, FP&A

- Internal Auditors

- Consultants

- Government & Other Regulatory bodies

Technical & Process Specific Skills :

- 1. Accounting domain expertise

- 2. Strong hands on experience on end to end AP, FA, GL processes in ERP environment

- 3. IGAAP accounting proficiency

- 4. India Statutory Framework eg GST

- 4. SOX framework and operating within the control framework

- 5. Financial Systems Oracle R12/11i expertise and process flow

- 6. Exposure to Coupa & Blackline will be an advantage

- 7. Experience in leading finance transformation and Digitization projects.

- 8. Preparing various finance policies and processes and implementation
