VP - Corporate Advisory - BFSI

Position : VP Corporate Advisory.

Location : Mumbai,

Exp :10-15 Yrs.

Qualification : MBA,CA with B.Tech,

Job Responsibility :

- Develop Key Relationships with clients in targeted organizations for both debt and equity side of an organization.

- Expertise in executing transactions in Private Equity and M&A.

- Mapping client's requirements, custom designing solutions & troubleshooting.

- Work on deals in Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Auto, IT/ITES and Engineering or any other from end to end.

- Strategizing the long-term as well as short-term business plans to ensure maximum profitability and revenue generation for the organization.

- Private Equity Investing.

- Deal Origination & Selection.

Key Skills :

- Excellent networking ability with market participants for Origination and Placement of deals.

- Understanding of debt market and latest developments in the market and regulations with regard to same.

- Skilled in negotiation, modelling and documentation.

- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis.

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
