Knowledge & Experience

- Knowledge of finance transformation, OTC process, shared services and business process outsourcing

- Sector specialism two or more of sectors such as retail, pharma, consumer goods, transport and logistics etc.

- Excellent communication and team working skills across all levels of management

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative

- Commercial Awareness, strong customer service ethic

- Problem solving skills with out-of-the-box thinking

- Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting and rapidly changing priorities

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge information presented

- Effective stake holder management

- Broad Understanding of transaction banking products and services
