Job Description:
- Responsible to provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services to the top management / CEO which help in organizational growth.
- Responsible to identify the scope of business expansion and driving cross-border acquisitions and aiding acquisitions in future growth markets.
- Responsible for rigorous & strategic target fit analysis to identify and validate value creation opportunity and scope of business expansion and improving productivity of the organization
- Focus on either strategy, target screening, pre-deal assessment/due diligence, post-deal merger integration, join ventures or divestiture / carve-out strategy and planning.
- To work on top level strategic assignments assisting top executives to help them make better decisions, convert those decisions to actions to deliver the sustainable success.
Key Requirements:
- Must have strong academics (Any graduates + MBA from reputed institute)
- Must be highly analytical
- Must have financial analysis skill
- Demonstrated interest in working in strategic assignments at company level
- Substantial experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles with particular focus on market entry, business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, corporate alliance, portfolio strategy
- A high degree of comfort with strategy frameworks and strong quantitative skills to develop business strategies
- Previous experience in a top tier strategy consulting firms, due diligence advisory services firm or big5 companies
- Confident, poised, ability to relate to top management
- Leadership abilities – transfer vision into results
- High degree of written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience: 8 – 12 years in pharma field (Big 5 consulting firms)
