Key Attributes: &nbsp;- Responsible to develop and implement Compliance Strategy for the company. - Develop, implement and Automation of Compliance Framework, this includes Risk &amp; Policy, Risk Analysis, Culture, Review, Communication and Reporting. &nbsp;- To ensure timely advice / guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business. &nbsp;- To interpret, communicate &amp; implement new regulatory and Legislative requirements. &nbsp;- Partnering with Business Partners (Sales &amp; Marketing and Operations team) to drive compliance agenda for the organization - Interface with IRDA and other Regulatory Bodies. Essential Skills and Expertise : - We are looking for a Compliance professional with over 12 years of total experience with relevant experience in managing the Regulatory Compliances across Banks / insurance industries. - Should have the ability to represent the company to regulators as and when required. - Demonstrated good judgment with leadership abilities. - Ability to work across function and departments.
