Qualification - Graduate; MBA in Finance or Marketing, Sales exposure would be an added advantage

Position reports to- Chief Finance Officer
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Opportunities in the Business, Develop client focused Win Strategies and Enterprise Solutions and Legal counsel
- Leading contractual discussions, techno commercial compliance with customer requirements for domestic and export contracts
- Analyzing and assessing risks in offers and business proposals and will be involved in final negotiations
- Managing contracts on project management basis and handling contracts engineering aspects with customer specific material planning towards delivering customized solutions
- Ensure proper acquisition and administration of contractual commitments in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, customer specifications and the statutory and regulatory framework.
- Monitor and Review preparation of contract correspondence and Interface with customers on all contract matters.
- Ensure tracking of established contracts with regard to schedules and deliverables
- Will own the activity of getting consensus from all departments on the proposed MSA and close the same with the client while signing contracts.
