Responsibilities :

- Lead/Drive the change agenda and transformation for RTM (Relationship and transaction management) across corporate bank products

- Connect business needs with technology/product priority and navigate through business hierarchies

- Work with cross functional teams across the corporate bank and drive local/global programs

- Be the change agent and self motivated to drive change programs across the divisions

- Own the book of work and implement the changes required

- Work with stakeholders across levels to capture the business requirements

- Produce MIS reporting and dashboards for regular communication of project status

- Set up and drive working group meetings across regions

- Provide thought leadership and implement automation to bring efficiencies in the business.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Post graduate with 10 + years in servicing corporate clients or in a financial institution, leading a team

- Good analytical skills, ability to exercise flexibility with regards to production problem solving

- Must possess good working knowledge of corporate banking products

- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and practices

- Good knowledge of automation tools and should have implemented the same

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and preferably local language

- Excellent team worker and leader, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization

- Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the product offering

- Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines

- Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

- Strong team spirit with ability to inspire and influence team members to achieve the team's goals, besides achieving own objective

- Experience in tools like Alteryx, Blue Prism, Tableau

- Excellent skills in using MS Office - Power point and Excel
