Chief Technology Architect/Tech Architects for one of the Largest project in Asia..Location-Noida

STEPS is an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian IT MNC Organisation.

At this time we have the position of Chief Technology Architect (Vice President Level) for one of the Largest project in Asia..for a Very Large Indian IT MNC.Location-Noida

M. Tech/MS/ME in Computer Science/Electronics from a premier institute is mandatory...

We also have a position for Technical Architect for the same project.
BE/BTech/ M. Tech/MS/ME in Computer Science/Electronics from a premier institute is mandatory...

Chief Technology Architect

a) Role and Responsibilities

- Should be deployed onsite a full time basis during the duration of the project

- Shall be single point of contact for the Technology and Architecture Review Board

- Develop deep understanding of existing CIDR architecture

- Manage architectural requirements

- Imbibe key CIDR architectural principles proposed by the client and perform detailed design of software, hardware, network and security architecture of CIDR

- Responsible for creating or selecting the most appropriate architecture and technology components for CIDR such that it suits the business needs, satisfies user requirements and achieves the desired results under given constraints

- Review software solution development to ensure alignment with the architecture designed should proactively monitor the adherence of the implementation to the chosen architecture during all iterations

- Re-design the solution based on feedback received on functionality and performance, if needed

- Implement continuous improvements in architecture, solution, algorithms and infrastructure to contain costs

- Manage CIDR architectural changes and ensure timely and accurate documentation of all key changes

b) Qualification

- M. Tech/MS/ME in Computer Science/Electronics from a premier institute

c) Experience

- Must possess experience as an enterprise architect for a completed large-scale project with overall project value greater than 100 Crore.

- Deft in software engineering and/or product development, including design and development of major software and/or systems architecture

- Must have undertaken the role of Technology Architect in at least three projects

- Experience as an application architect for at least one completed large-scale IT program (with overall project value > 100 Crore)

- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and derive high-level architecture diagrams and technical designs, FRS, use cases and design patterns

- Must have strong understanding of application architectures, system planning, networking, operating systems, mobile & web technologies

- Awareness of various technologies including SOA, BPM, workflow, BI, web architectures, and development platforms and tools.

- Should possess extensive detailed working knowledge and acumen in the employment enterprise architecture best practices, including, but not limited to, logical and physical data architectures, network communications, operating systems, applications, data base servers, application servers, web servers, server consolidation, server network and storage performance, middleware, server and storage virtualization & capacity planning.
