About Our Client
- Our client is a leading telecom firm and are looking for a diversity candidate to lead the change management initiatives across the organization including governance, admin, communications, trainings etc.
Job Description
- Reporting into Head of Process Excellence, you would be responsible to drive change management initiatives across the organization working closely with the key stakeholders to drive process excellence agenda.
You would also be responsible for:
- Creation and Governance of project management framework.
- Drive initiatives and trainings for standardization and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Benchmarking of best practices in company and industry in process excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably holding a Masters from a reputed university with excellent academic credentials, you must be a diversity candidate having atleast 12 years of relevant experience in driving Change delivery across a number of critical functions in Financial Services or BPO/KPO space.
- A sound understanding of business change techniques, familiarity with project management techniques and experience with driving large scale organizational change is essential. You should ideally be qualified in Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies with an ability to manage a number of different assignments and prioritise accordingly, is critical to the role. Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to work independently and deliver under pressure is part of the role.
