VP - Change Management - Group Finance Reporting Team - Bank

ROLE : 

Our client, a leading global bank is looking for a VP (Women) - Change Management for its Group Finance Reporting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Plan and execute a Change Management strategy

2. Planning, design, govern and prepare target operating model

3. Prepare status and governance reports for projects

4. Stakeholder Management

REQUIREMENTS : 

1. Experience in Finance Cycle/ Reporting

2. 15-17 years of post-qualification experience in finance (CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA) with at least 8-10 years of relevant IB experience

3. PMP and Prince2 certification

4. Experience in various databases and platforms (Tableau/ Cognos, etc)
