VP - Category Management - Internet/Online

- Help build a sharp consumer proposition through clear merchandizing strategy. This would involve establishing the roles of various sub-categories and brands.

- Defining and driving the new product and categories in line with overall growth strategy.

- Build and drive completely the range plan and architecture including pricing and promotion strategy.

- Driving and driving the key marketing and promotions programs in sync with brand marketing team to achieve growth or margin goals.

- Building key systems and processes which are scalable, this would involve refining the processes around current sales forecasting, planning, catalogue operations and competitive benchmarking.

- Strengthening the network management and operations; building and maintain key relations.

- Ensuring smooth execution of monthly operations- including the inwards, go live and product shoots.
