- Responsible for raising funds for Real Estate clients.

- Manage relationship with Private Equity funds and clients and business development

- Should have worked on major real estate developers based out of northern India - extensive experience in real estate industry in fund raising at asset / entity level, structure fund raising, etc.

- Strong project management, analytical, financial modeling and problem solving ability
