Role Overview:
- This role will be responsible for overseeing the campus recruiting strategy for one or more divisions, This includes engaging with senior stakeholders and developing key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across key target schools.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
- Work with senior stakeholders on key strategic changes to the recruiting year
- Oversee budget process and team resourcing requirements
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses
- Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school
- Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields.
Basic Qualification:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in campus recruiting.
