VP - Business Transformation/Delivery Transformation - BPO

Our client is one of the leading providers of Business Processes Outsourcing, Information Technology and Consulting services, looking for a Head of Delivery Transformation.

The role will be responsible for heading the Delivery Transformation, Process reengineering, process consulting, managing business impact projects etc.

Looking for:

- candidates with strong experience in Business Consulting / Business Transformation from a BPO background.

- should have done BPO transformation roles or BPO business value initiatives.

Will be responsible for driving the next generation delivery transformation initiatives, business value projects, six sigma projects, automation, delivery risk reduction and delivery performance improvement initiatives across all the BPO verticals.

Candidates should have minimum 17 years of experience working from a large BPO.

Role can be based in Bangalore / Pune
