This role is for one of the leading Life Insurance companies in India, headquartered in Pune.

Role: VP- Business Procurement & Financial Inclusion/ Bancassurance

Location- Bangalore

Reporting to Executive Vice President

The role is to drive business through Acquisition and Relationship Management of Small Finance Banks

- Acquisition of Small Finance Bank

- Relationship Management of Small Finance Bank

- Handle retail sales

- Handle big Team pan India for driving Bancassurance (SFB banks) sales

- Drive Top line target/Penetration

- Drive Product Mix

- Drive Renewals

- Ensure Best Service

- Portfolio Management

- Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial markets.

- Should have leadership qualities.

- Should have strategic orientation and persuasive skills.

- Should have good presentation & Coaching skills

- Should have good Interpersonal Skills & Ability to deal with people with diverse background, experience and seniority.

- Should be good at relationship building/management.

- Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment

Work Experience:

Must have: Minimum 15 to 20 years work ex

Experience in Insurance Sales preferably with Institutional Business.
