Role Summary/Purpose
- To ensure end to end identification and mapping of all the business processes in the company. This includes all key processes like Sales, Collections, Customer Services, Operations, Support etc
- To ensure all the key business processes, including support processes. are documented and repository is maintained and updated.
- Work as a partner with Functional leaders and users to Document/evaluate/improve processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Role Summary: Business Process Management Leader
- To ensure end to end identification and mapping of all the business processes in the company. This includes all key processes like Sales, Collections, Customer Services, Operations, Support etc
- To ensure all the key business processes, including support processes. are documented and repository is maintained and updated.
- Work as a partner with Functional leaders and users to Document/evaluate/improve processes and arrive at mutual, effective solutions for those processes.
- To ensure that inputs, key activities and outcomes for each process is well documented.
- To ensure that efficiency and effectiveness metrics for each process is clearly defined. Also ensure that 'in -process' measures for various processes are defined.
- To work with IT to ensure that all critical processes are automated within defined timelines
- To Ensure process alignment with Organizational IT workflows
- To proactively identify opportunities for simplification of the processes. To work with all the stakeholders and build consensus on simplification of processes.
- To ensure business benefits are clearly defined for all BPM activities
- To ensure Process audits and benchmarking of key processes with the industry.
- To adopt best practices in process management and ensure that they are shared across the organization
Change Management
- Set up Change Management mechanism ensuring that processes are kept relevant & updated
- Ensuring that all process changes follow appropriate version controls and communication
- Setting up processes to receive & act on process change related inputs coming from various functions
- Evaluating all processes for their relevance & regency at a fixed periodicity along with Process Owners
- Setting up SLA based change completion process
- Partnering with various functions to ensure IT enablement for critical processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong Understanding of BPM life cycle and related Change Management
- Experience of various process frameworks
- Strong Project and Program Management.
- Strong Process Quality Orientation
- Excellent Communication and Executive presence
- Analytical / problem solving ability
- Strong understanding of business processes, involvement of system in said processes and the linkages
between processes and overall business metrics like profitability
