VP - Business Intelligence/Business Analytics - BFSI

Responsibilities:

Manage projects to generate efficiency and enhance controls

Synthesize information from data and enable proactive decisions

Share periodic updates on projects and work-in-hand to sr. mgrs. and regional stakeholders

Manage work allocation and back up planning to ensure seamless delivery and quality

Work with IT partners on critical issues and on day to day agenda

Design and commission critical reports for business users and develop BI acumen

Study the existing BI infrastructure and carry out white-spacing initiatives to drive change

Experience:

Overall, 10 - 12 years in Banking Operations Reporting & Analytics

6 - 8 years in handling BI implementation and ramp up projects, developing sr. management reports and

scorecards/ dashboards with experience in SAP and Business Objects/Cognos.

Not looking for IT experience.
