About Our Client

Our client is leading fortune 500 bank with operations in over 60 countries globally. They are retail, investment and corporate service providers to global clients. Having setup their analytics unit in India a couple of years back, they are looking to recruit a senior leader in their risk analytics and execution team based in Chennai.

Job Description

Reporting in the SVP and handling a team of 8-10 professionals, your main responsibility will be to setup the data management and infrastructure team for risk analytics unit of the bank. In addition to this you will be responsible for -

- Design and develop information management solutions which will help the business to make informed decisions.

- Ensure seamless delivery across all teams and regions Maintain and enhance business relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Recommend and implement infrastructure efficiencies

- MI reporting to the senior stakeholders of the bank

- Lead an grow the existing team to the fore casted numbers of the year

- Manage the Pnl account

Manage senior stakeholder relationships

The Successful Applicant

You must be a Masters in Engineering/Management with at least 12 years of experience in data management, reporting and analysis. You must have prior risk analytics background having worked in a bank. In addition to this you must be an excellent people leader and should have led large teams in the past. You should also have good knowledge of either one or a combination of technologies like SAS, SQL, JAVA, Unix and Teradata.
