We (Genie consultants pvt ltd) hiring for one of our prestigious client in Media for the position of " Vice President /Business Head" who can handle a scale of 100 – 150 Cr business.

Location : Chennai

Strong in:

- Strategy for : Sales, Acquisition, Process, Customer Service and CLM.

- 60 % sales, 20% Operations, 20% service is the proposition of time he/she would spend on the role.

- We prefer people who have grown in same organisation

Position: Vice President /Business Head

Reporting To: Business Head / CEO.

Objective:

- The incumbent is responsible for P&L, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product and Service Operations of our client Matrimonial site

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for P & L of Assisted Matrimony Services.

- Responsible for liasioning with other sales channels including Retail, Telemarketing, online business heads to drive member acquisition.

- Manages Service Delivery Centers across the country with a team of Regional & Relationship Managers.

- Responsible for mass media and Customer Acquisition campaigns to build Assisted Matrimony as super brand..

Candidate Profile

- Post graduation in Business Management, preferably Sales & Marketing

- 12 – 20 years experience in managing large sales and Customer Service force in Services Organization.
Highly energetic, business savvy management professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation.
