The candidate will be responsible for GTM/P&L for Premium Subscription business.
- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on Inside sales efficiency and reduced cost of acquisitions.
- Proven experience in developing & executing GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategies and Functions, Including Demand Generation for Premium Subscription business.
- Deep Knowledge of Market Trends, Customer Behavior and Competitive Dynamics.
- Establish and optimize sales processes and cadence, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and performance metrics.
- Oversee and enhance client engagement strategies, ensuring the solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
- Lead the inside sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team, regularly reviewing and optimizing performance against targets.
- Recruit, on board, and develop top talent in inside sales, providing coaching, training, and feedback for continuous growth.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and continuously improve the Inside sales processes and strategies.
- Partnering with multiple disciplines (including campaign teams, digital and insight teams, product/solution marketing, partner marketing and field/regional marketing) to drive visibility, engagement and demand in target accounts/markets.
