Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy. Planning, Direction, Implementation and Operations
- P & L: Responsible for driving the revenue, controlling costs and ensuring profitability
- Marketing: Responsible for online and offline marketing (ATL/BTL) to acquire and retain customers and brand visibility, affinity and experience.
- Product: Add and enhance product features. Identify revenue opportunities across each customer segments. Enhance user experience
- Sales: Directly responsible for Planning, Coordinating, Implementing and Controlling Online, Telesales and Field Sales. Coordinate multi-channel sales: Retail and Others.
Candidate Profile
- Post graduation in Business Management from a reputed b-school
- 14 – 18 years experience in managing a Business Division or large sales & operations workforce with a stint in marketing, sales and new product launches.
- A good Understanding of Internet / E-commerce space is desirable
- Highly energetic, business savvy management professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals and should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.
- Should have the potential to manage 1000+ strong sales & customer service operations team Pan India.
