We have urgent opening with our prestigious client for Delhi/NCR  Please find the detailed job description:   Position - VP Brand media and consumer Insights  Report To: CMO  Function - Marketing  JOB PURPOSE  To lead the brand strategy, develop and implement communication plans across Brand nationally.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES  - Improve the brand Purchase Intent and TOMA score by having a clear and articulate brand strategy across the organization  - To develop and create advt and promotion strategy ( incl budgeting) of the brand so as to maximize revenue  - To develop and implement the media spending strategy of the business  - To develop and implement the annual marketing calendar across the circles  - Develop a process of generating consumer insights which can be used for improving business  Key Performance Indicators  PI and TOMA scores improvement as measured by the external agency  - GSM GR, Subscriber base  - Media buying effieciencies across all mediums  - GSM GR targets, 3 Month rolling calendar implentation  - Number of consumer Insights generated which have been leveraged by business to increase topline revenue  Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience  MBA, strong brand marketing / advertising experience. Preferred if has experience in advertising as well as consumer brand marketing. Number of Year 17 to 20 (Age 38 to 44)  Technical and Behavioral Skills  - Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:  - Mandatory  - Strategic Thinking capability. Ability to work and influence. Ability to get output from partner agencies ( so needs to have enough exposure to them). Strong creative judgment.  - Very strongly biased towards consumer understanding and should have worked with mass market brands in the past.
