Job Title : VP - Brand & Communications | Multinational Financial Services Conglomerate

Job Summary :

- Play a strategic role in shaping the brand & communications strategy for India, reporting to the Global Head (international HQ), with a dotted line to the India CEO.

- Play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity across the business arms, overseeing the company's PR efforts aimed at enhancing reputation and trust, and driving strategic initiatives across various communication channels to increase visibility among the target stakeholders.

About the Client : Our client is a multinational financial services conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, understanding, and trust across our business arms.

Brand Execution: Coordinate with the global hub to drive brand strategies for localization and adaptation in the market. Lead company branding, product branding (B2B and B2C), and digital strategy while ensuring alignment with global brand efforts.

Communications Strategy: Lead and execute integrated communication plans, including PR campaigns, to promote company milestones, product-related initiatives, C-suite profiling, and thought leadership.

Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage crisis communications effectively.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building.

Content Development: Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling content across digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, blogs, and newsletters.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including executive leadership, risk, product development, and more to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Budget Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results within established parameters.

Metrics and Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of brand and communication professionals.

The successful applicant :

- Tier 1 MBA

- Proven track record of success in brand management, public relations, and digital marketing, preferably within the finance or technology domains

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset with the ability to set strategy and build structure, programs and ideas from scratch

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
