VP/AVP - Trade Operations/Custody Operation - BFSI

Technical :

Experience in Trade processing systems workflow tools, bloomberg / other market applications.

Functional :

- Strong knowledge of Trade Operations, Referential processes, Reconciliation

- Good working knowledge of Mutual funds/Hedge funds and Custody business

- Good knowledge of financial instruments and Capital markets

- Specific Experience in Process migrations and off-shoring and transformation projects

Responsibilities + Duties :

- Manage Custody Services (trade Operations) - Multiple Divisions at country Level specifically for Settlement, Reconciliation and Reference Data.

- Ensure activities performed within prescribed SLAs efficiently

- Support the project transition with expertise, resources, recruitment and training

- Manage expectations of the onshore stakeholders with proactive measures

- Induct new managers and business experts from onsite for success of the new projects

- Processes Review and adhere Service Level Agreement for all services delivered

- Monitors team performance and risk coverage

- Right level of cooperation with managers of SGSS in GSC

- Ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are adhered to on daily discharge of duties
