VP/AVP/Sr Manager - Premises - SBI General Insurance

Position Title - Vice President/Asst Vice President /Senior Manager-Premises

Department - Premises

Location - Mumbai Corporate Office

Reporting To :Senior Vice President- HR & Learning

Essential - 8 years of experience in relevant profile

Preferred - 10+ years of relevant experience in BFSI Sector

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to finalise the locations at which SBI G Branches should be opened

- Maintaining good relationship with the local SBI People where Branches are proposed to be opened

- Conducting basic assessment of the prevailing rentals in the locations where the Company proposes to open the new branches

- Co-ordinating with the Operations, Sales and Legal Departments for finalising the terms of the bids

- Co-coordinating with Brand Team for release of advertisements for hiring premises

- Analysing the technical and commercial bids which have been received

- Advising the branch staff regarding the details of the bids received (barring the commercials) and co coordinating with them for preliminary report on all the bids received and basic KYC in respect of the short listed premises

- Analyzing the preliminary report sent by Branch staff

- Act as the custodian for the bid documents and related papers

- Undertake Site Visits for finalising the premises after preliminary visits have been made by the Branch Manager

- Preparing the Letter of Intent for each location and ensure that that the terms of LOI are adhered to

- Co ordination with the landlords, our Legal and Operations Departments for finalising the Lease Agreement documents and acting as the controller of the same

- Coordinating with the relevant officials of SBI General to ensure smooth roll out of Branches

- Prepare the relevant Control Reports
