VP/AVP (Entire Andhra Pradesh/Telangana Region or Entire west bengal and Tripura Region)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -
Person should have experience in managing Sales team
The roll is solely responsible for acquiring new LCO/Distributors
- Driving high level engagement with the LCOs/Distributors
- Seeding new boxes/acquiring new customers through the LCOs/Distributors
- Managing churn/Implement strategies to retaining existing customers
- Market intelligence/gathering information from ground and presenting to right forum to come up with strategies on customer satisfaction
- Manage communication to and fro with LCOs/Distributors
- Driving AOP nos for the assigned locations

Qualification - MBA in marketing, Business Administrat5ion or related field.
CTC - Up to 50 Lacs
Experience - 15 +Years
Industry - Preferably from Telecom Industry
Age Group - 30-45 Yrs.
