VP / AVP Products - Platform / Strategy / Automation
We are looking for a product owner for an InsurTech client based out of Gurgaon.
Position will be responsible for spearheading our partner facing digital products across Mobile, Desktop and IoT interfaces. He/she will be leading a team of product managers and business analysts across various verticals. The position will be responsible for driving all product and technology initiatives towards acquisition, activation, engagement and empowerment of client's POS partners across the country.
Experience Required : 10-15 Years
Domain : Online B2C, Internet, B2B2C, Fintech, Digital Marketplace Platforms, E- Wallet, Tech, Product and services
Education Background : From Engineering Background. MBA, a plus.
Role and responsibilities :
1. Product leadership role that will define business goals, create product strategy, design roadmap and be directly responsible for execution of product goals in Partner related business priorities.
2. Interact with CXOs and lead the agenda of partner facing digital products and platforms.
3. Lead a team of product managers and business analysts for meeting the organization goals
4. Collaborate with other product teams, engineering team, partners and affiliates and define requirements, prioritize, test, tracking metric etc. to ship high quality products.
5. Focus on enhancing the business and performance from partners and managing the partner buyer purchase journey.
6. Analyse business, product metrics and user behaviour data to identify and unlock new growth
opportunities.
7. Analyse partner journeys and own UI/UX for products across the partner segment
8. Constantly analyse product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.
9. Data led hypothesis creation for new features, analysing key metrics and iterate.
10. Sprint management: Ensuring timely deliveries and smooth execution across projects
11. Bring in independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology.
12. Communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders.
13. Track, report and optimize all relevant metrics for business.
14. Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

1. ROI, business, revenue and metrics oriented mindset
2. Data led decision making and ability to analyse complex data
3. Agile and lean start-up approach to Product creation from ideation to delivery, managing entire
product life cycle
4. Communication skills to manage a multi-stakeholder environment across partners and affiliates
5. Self-driven, ability to take charge and drive progress without needing constant oversight or
direction.
