VP/AVP - Private Equity

The person would be responsible for identifying and making strategic investments in compatible opportunities.

- The person should be a deal maker. Should have extensive experience of executing private equity deals, either from a PE fund background or from an Investment Banking background.

- Should have working experience of handling business plan evaluation, due diligence and valuations. Should be transaction oriented.

- Should be extensively networked with growth companies and be able to connect with promoters and co-create growth vision with them. A track record of having made or facilitated remarkable PE investments would be an advantage.

- The person should have a deep interest and ability in developing growth stories, opportunities and investments
