The Group is a prestigious group diversified into Hospitality (Luxurious Hotels), Real Estate Development, Mining, Infrastructure, Construction Materials, Toll Plaza Operations etc. headquartered at Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the "Project Head" for Hospitality & Real Estate Business. This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the City of Tomorrow (Dhun Life) Project and Hotels development projects of an already identified greenfield site, negotiating terms for the site, and leading the preconstruction, construction, and pre-opening teams.

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and execute the Project Management Strategy for the Greenfield site, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.

- Lead negotiations and finalize terms for the acquisition or lease of the site, considering factors such as location, market potential, financial feasibility, and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive team and legal department, to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.

- Oversee the pre-construction phase, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed plans, budgets, and timelines. Manage the construction process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with the pre-opening team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the successful launch of the new hotel. Directs all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project.

- Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management. Exhibits a complete understanding of company's corporate governance policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring corporate governance policies and procedures are adhered to within work group.

- Responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution, contract administration, and closeout.

- Contracts included company's agreements, client/vendor agreements, and company /vendor and supplier agreements.

- Monitors adherence to policies and procedures regarding internal governance and controls.

- Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company.

- Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the management.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors involved in the project.

- Conduct regular progress reviews and report updates to senior management, addressing any challenges or deviations from the plan.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic adjustments.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards throughout the development process

Qualifications Required:

- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

- Post-Graduation: Preferably in project management and technical services or similar field. - Candidate must come from either a Hotel Industry or a leading project management company.

- Any other certificate in similar domain.

Experience Required:

- Total Experience: 20 -25 years' project management experience in similar developments in terms of scale & complexity

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel project development, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in Luxury hotel project development, preferably on Greenfield projects. - Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favourable terms and conditions for the company.

- Experience leading pre-construction, construction, and pre-opening activities in the hospitality industry.

- Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
