VP/ AVP (HEAD) - Facilities, Fleet Management & Security (BPO) :

- Facilities & Administration, BCP & Crisis Management, Risk & Compliance, Procurement & Vendor Management functions across Continents. Manage facilities, Security, transport, admin, and procurement for 10000+ employees and growing.

- Project Management

- Space Management

- Cafeteria and Tuck Shop Management

- Cost Reduction/ Cost Management Initiatives (CMI) for all Locations.

- Audit and Compliance Initiatives for all Locations.

- Procurement

- Telephony

- Physical Security

- Soft Services such as Housekeeping & Pantry Services, MI Room ( Medical Inspection) Management, Employee Recreation Facilities ( Chill Zones, Gym & Yoga Centre) and Conceige Services

- Engineering Services for all Locations.

- Transport & Fleet Management Services as well as Transport Security which are other integral functions in a BPO Environment.

- Program Management of ongoing expansion activities

- Setting up of India Governance, Risk and Compliance function including BCP, DR and Crisis Management, Vendor management, IT support and helpdesk

- Management of Employee Health, Safety (EHS) and Physical Security

- Automation of asset management, transport management, seat management, BCP, ENS

- Implement Operating Model in Regulatory, Risk & Compliance areas

- Zero level down time in infrastructure and equipment

- Improve company branding through vehicles, campus and hoardings across Locations

- Implement RFP process in procurement area and standardized contracting process

- Introduce employee benefit programs like AC vehicles with Wi-Fi, Doctor in-office, cr- che and Gym tie ups, enhanced insurance benefits, employee committees etc.

- Set up and manage dedicated program for Women employee safety and security

- Formation and management of Internal complaints committee (ICC) against sexual harassment and Grievance Redressal committee (GRC) as per regulatory requirement

- Reduced procurement costs for IT and facilities compared to global procurement contracts

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Minimum 15+ Years Relevant Experience in Facility Management, CRE, Safety, Security, Administration M&E services, Housekeeping Services, etc. Demonstrated results in managing FM activities with good sized portfolio, large corporate environment and has to be from BPO or ITES Industry only with large back offices operational 24/7.

- Familiarity with handling HK, M&E O&M vendors, architects, consultants, Government agencies, etc.

- Adept in preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Checklists, etc. and documentation procedures related to Maintenance Management.

- Able to read and interpret drawings and prepare relevant O&M manuals, etc.

- Handling of huge IT Park (Multi-Tenanted Building) Electrical Operation and Maintenance.

- Maintenance of UPS, Diesel Generator), Transformer, Chiller and BMS activities.

- Panel installation and electrical wiring

- Proven ability and commitment to high standards of customer service

- Demonstrated results in delivering successful risk management and control processes across multiple functions.

- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills

- Ability to grasp understand and independently handle FM projects Facility, facilities, administration, customer service, risk management, resources planning, maintenance, safety and security, operations, facilities management, operational effectiveness
