Designation: VP/ AVP - Business Development (Female Candidate ONLY)

Qualification: MBA Finance / Marketing

Industry: Financial Services/Banking/BFSI/ Credit rating / Stock Broking

Number of Position: 01

CTC: 18L to 20L PA

Work Location: Kalina, Mumbai (5 days working)

Experience: 5-9 years

Notice Period: Immediate or as early as possible

Job description and Responsibility areas:

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

1. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

2. Business Development

3. Research and identify new market opportunities

4. Collaborate with team and identify cross market of products

5. Liaison with Clients with a Business Development objective in areas of Corporate Trusteeship Products (debenture trustee, security trustee, securitization trustee, share pledge trustee, AIF Trustee, employee welfare trustee services, escrow agent, facility agent, safe keeping)

6. Acquisition of new clients and developing existing relationships to meet revenue /recovery target

7. Liaison with Debt Capital Market, Syndication Team and Banks for corporate trusteeship opportunities

8. Working in close association with debt syndication firms & legal teams of clients for completion of transaction documentation

9. Part of the new initiatives team for product development and enhancement with special emphasis on structured deals to increase revenue growth
