VP/AVP/GM/DGM - Operations - Healthcare BPO

My client is a healthcare BPO, that has been in existence for the past 10 years, it has won numerous awards in this short span of time. they are looking for highly motivated individuals who can not only make the company grow but also grab the opportunity that they will be given in terms of growth for themselves.

They are looking for :

- 10+ years of overall experience, Operations only,

- Current Healthcare experience of at least 6-7 years, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Provider side only as my client deals only with the provider side of healthcare business, may involve domestic travel once a month or more to and fro from any of the above mentioned locations, good communication skills. International travel may be an option as well if the company requires it.

- A.R (Account Recievables) is a necessity, since it is a us healthcare company, shifts would be complete nights.
