VP/AVP/GM/DGM - BPO Operations - BFSI

My client is a U.S based BPO in the finance sector, that has been in existence for the past 10+ years, it has won numerous awards in this span of time. they are looking for highly motivated individuals who can not only make the company grow but also grab the opportunity that they will be given in terms of growth for themselves.

They are looking for :

- 12+ years of overall experience, Operations only for different processes. they are collections, fraud, and customer service.

- Current finance and banking experience of at least 4-5 years, knowledge of credit card processes. Only with 4-5 years in either of the above mentioned 3 skill sets. may involve domestic travel once a month or more. good communication skills are a must as this is for an international BPO. shifts will vary depending on the kind of process you get selected for.

Understanding and knowledge of how the whole process of credit card cycle works will be a huge advantage.
