VP/AVP - Finance Change Mgmt

Client: Leading Investment Bank

Role: Finance Change Management

Level: VP (6-10 years) and AVP (4-8 years)

Location: Mumbai and Pune

Requirements: Strong exposure in change type disciplines in Financial Institutions in any of the functions (Risk, IT, Operations, Product Control, Treasury)

Responsibilities:

- Developing strategic quality initiatives, driving their implementation, providing improvement methodologies

- Working closely with members of the Management Team, Clients, PMO teams to meet the primary objectives of the business.

- Measuring and monitoring health of the different businesses by acting as the Change agent to support Cost Efficiency and Control.

- Ensuring quality of deliveries through effective staff performance, calibration and content oversight

- Ensuring that the team is fully informed of all CFOC/CFO developments globally
